Old Greenwich, Connecticut
With a rich history dating back to 1887, the Innis Arden Golf Club has seen many additions and renovations that subsequently needed a new overview and master plan. MPFA’s first phase of construction included the design for a new pool and tennis facility to replace an existing outdated structure. Designed in the shingle style that is reminiscent of the club’s original buildings, the newly constructed supporting structures also incorporate a state of the art fitness center, two-lane bowling alley and café. These additions to the club have enhanced member amenities and allow it to function as a year-round facility.
