Marco Island Penthouse

High above the sprawling ocean of Florida’s Gulf Coast, this Marco Island Penthouse was a complete renovation for both architecture and interior design. Working from scratch, the brand-new floorplan layout allowed the MPFI team to capitalize on the sweeping water views and reflect that dramatic look on the interior. Every room contains bold, curated pieces for a lasting impression and unique materials and finishes create a striking aesthetic. The clients’ specific tastes were realized with a wide variety of textures layered into each space with punches of bright color throughout.
