Located on the picturesque New England island of Nantucket, this shingle style summer beach residence overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.  Working within the distinctive architectural guidelines of the island, the home was constructed with a reverse floor plan.  The kitchen, living areas and master suite comprise the second floor, affording them the best views, while guest rooms and a family room are located on the entry floor.  Deep porches surround the lower level and look out over an expansive lawn to the ocean. The home recently underwent an entire interior design renovation completed by Brian J. McCarthy Inc, who also worked in tandem with Mark P. Finlay Architects in completing renovations to a guest cottage adjacent to the property.
