Set on a fifteen-and-a-half acre site in Greenwich, this Georgian style residence draws inspiration from the works of early twentieth-century architect Mott Schmidt. Taking full advantage of the unique topography of the property, the main house sits on a plateau, while stepped gardens lead down a side slope to a pool and tennis complex. Formal in its aesthetic and detailing, the home modernizes a traditionally formal plan to work with contemporary living. Private and public spaces split into separate wings and floors, with the lower level housing a theater, playroom, and gym.
