Job Title: Landscape Designer
Job Type: Full Time
Mark P. Finlay Architects, AIA of Southport, Connecticut is seeking a Landscape Designer to augment our landscape design team. The ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic and eager to be a part of an award-winning architectural firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design Development
- Presentation Drawings and Renderings
- Construction Documents
- Plant Specifications
- Site Observation/Documentation
- Installation Oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years, high-end residential design experience
- Degree in Landscape Design/Architecture preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong horticultural and construction knowledge
- Proficiency with Revit/AutoCad, Adobe Create Suite
- Knowledge of permitting and zoning processes
- Desire to grow professionally and creatively
