Set on the picturesque shores of Nantucket, this Shingle Style summer residence is thoughtfully positioned to capture sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Designed in accordance with the island’s distinctive architectural guidelines, the home embraces a reverse floor plan—an approach that elevates the primary living spaces to fully engage with the surrounding landscape.

Placing the kitchen, main living areas, and primary suite on the second level allows these spaces to take full advantage of the home’s panoramic coastal vistas. Below, the entry level accommodates guest bedrooms and a more informal family room, providing a comfortable and private space for visitors.

Expansive porches wrap the lower level, extending the living environment outward and overlooking a broad lawn that gently reaches toward the ocean. These shaded outdoor spaces reinforce a seamless connection between architecture and setting, encouraging relaxed summer living.

Complementing the main residence, MFA renovated a guest cottage on the adjacent property, further enhancing the compound while maintaining the cohesive character and scale of this quintessential Nantucket retreat.
