Mark Finlay Architects and Interiors were commissioned to design a “home” within a showroom for Realm, a full-service provider of state-of-the-art lighting, sound, security, and entertainment systems for high-end residential and commercial clients. Housed within a former utilitarian warehouse, the showroom was reimagined as an immersive domestic environment—one that allows clients to experience the technology in a setting that feels authentic and lived-in.

A modern kitchen, wood-paneled dining room, and richly textured stucco living room were crafted to the elevated caliber of a Mark Finlay residence, serving both as architectural spaces and as real-world demonstrations of Realm’s integrated systems.
