1020 Post Road

Darien, Connecticut

Interior Design: Monique Delerme

One of the firm’s most recognizable commercial projects took an environmentally compromised lot in downtown Darien and transformed it into a commercial and cultural center.  Since its completion, the 27,000-square-foot complex has become a landmark in town.  Working with neighboring properties to convert the area into a vehicular and pedestrian-friendly environment has positively impacted the image and economic development of Darien.  The mixed-use complex won an economic restructuring award from the Connecticut Main Street Foundation for its successful urban redevelopment. The project was featured in New Canaan, Darien & Rowayton magazine.
